This is part two of the photoshoot I did with my friend.

This is the second look out of three in this photoshoot. I love the photos with the white fence in the background. This look showcases my new UNIF hellbents. They're so perfect; they go with every look imaginable.

christmas goodies

UNIF hellbents; The Body Shop lotion/body set; VS body lotion set;
Chanel Chance perfume; Aeropostale shirts; JCrew bag; Scarf
I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! I just wanted to share the goodies that I got this year. Among the sleep shirts, the incredibly soft fleece pjs that I'm currently wearing, and the lotion sets, my favorite gifts this year are my new jcrew bag, Chanel Chance perfume, and UNIF hellbents!!!!

I got the perfume from my aunt, and it smells just divine; I feel like this gift is almost too extravagant for me! This is definitely a special occasion scent.
The jcrew bag wasn't even something I expected. I received this gift from my former teacher/current yearbook adviser, and it was a complete surprise to get. I'm so thankful. She's the best. (:
AND DUN DUN DUN. My UNIF HELLBENTS. oh. my. goodness. I am so in love. I actually caught these on sale at dollskill.com for 30% off, and I asked my other aunt to order them for me as a gift! I am so happy about these.

And I'm currently contemplating if I should purchase the style stalker dress that I wanted with my xmas money... Major dilemma right now....haha.

However, I had a lovely Christmas; I am so thankful for everything I received. I hope all of you got great gifts as well!

xx

EDIT: totally purchased the style stalker dress I wanted. SO EXCITEEEED.

one more day

sweater-denim hybrid jacket: thrifted; blouse: thrifted; shorts: forever 21; knit tights: target; black flatforms: sears

One more day. Only one more day until the world en-- I get off for winter break. I am, for the most part, mentally checked out. I can not wait for endless food, festive gatherings, spending time with family, presents, and most of all, the ability to sleep in for the next two weeks. I am so excited!

I received a cool little graphic with interesting facts on Christmas and Christmas shopping that I would like to share with you all!

I thought some of those facts are pretty interesting about the holiday! Geeze, we collectively spend so much on Christmas!

Take care everyone!

model obsession: Cara Delevingne

I have been currently obsessed with British fashion model Cara Delevingne. She's absolutely gorgeous, and I am so in love with everything about her. I love her look, I love her fashion sense, I love her personality... I love her!!!! So I decided to do a little Cara Delevingne appreciation post ....

Her face structure is just gorgeous. Her eyebrows are incredible; I love the fact that she has thick eyebrows. Also, her eyes are so beautiful!!! agh, she's so stunning. (hah. *fangirl*)
There is seriously no wonder on why she won Model of the Year for 2012. Her look is superb, and she has been featured in so many shows and campaigns this year. (She looked incredible in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.)
Her style is amazing as well. She has this edgy-tomboy look to her; a casual, a little rough around the edges type of aesthetic that I really like! However, it wasn't her look that won me over initially; it was her personality! She has a wonderful personality; very humorous, goofy, and real. She doesn't come off as arrogant or snobbish in her interviews; she has a really fun personality that's really relatable. It's really refreshing to see a model that doesn't take herself too seriously!

Well, this is the end of my Cara Delevingne appreciation post. Love this chick. She's perf. :3

fragility of life

pink button up: h&m; sweater: forever 21; jacket: macys; polka dot skirt: forever 21;
boots: gojane.com; lace socks: forever 21

Thank goodness it's Friday! I want holiday season now. Time with friends, family, and food. (oh, and presents too. heh)

Take care!

P.S. My heart goes out to the Newtown, Connecticut shooting victims, their families, and everyone else affected. It just breaks my heart to think of all the lives lost today. Such an unfortunate event for so many young lives were lost and forever changed today. Too many tragedies have been happening lately.

Life is fragile.

this year's wishlist

christmas/birthday wishlist

Just here to share with you all my material wants for this Christmas/birthday season:

1. Ugly Christmas Sweaters: I need some. Just to prance around in...and pose for some awkward family photos.
2. Anorak/Parka: I would love a gorgeous anorak to add to my collection of jackets/coats. Jackets are where fashion meets function.
3. Doc Martens: Specifically the Pascal 8 Eye boot in Shiraz... gorgeous burgundy/red boots to toughen up any type of outfit.
4. Style Stalker Blanc Dress: I cannot tell you how much I lust for this dress; it's so gorgeous!!!!!! The cut-out/waist-and-sleeve detailing is superb. I am head-over-heels for this dress.
5. UNIF Hellbents: These shoes...I can't... I MUST HAVE THEM. You know you're obsessed with a shoe when you start coming up with outfits, and you don't even own said shoe.
6. Beanies: When in doubt, beanie it out. (wait..what..?) A girl can never have too many beanies; the fool-proof present (for me at least).
7. Funky Patterned Socks: Yes, I would love quirky socks to wear with my ever-growing shoe collection. Anything with food or animals would be ultra appreciated.

So Santa, wanna hook a girl up?
xx

P.S. I revamped the layout a bit! I really like the new look; I hope you do too!

hooligans

acid washed denim jacket: thread&supply co.; tan sweater: thrifted; teal blue cardigan: forever 21;
beanie: H&M; leggings: forever 21; creepers: ebay
In our free time, my friends and I like to google things like education systems in other countries. We make history references in our conversations and apply psychology lessons to our everyday lives. We make grammar jokes and make fun of people who do not know geography. One can say we're all hooligans.

xx
P.S. Happy birthday to my wonderful friend, Hilary. Thank you for putting up with me (and my derpy-ness) and taking photos of me for my blawg. <3 Love you. You're legal now, so you can't physically harass me anymore without risking a lawsuit. (and I don't mean a guy studying law wearing a suit. hah. okay. that was lame.)

return

sweater: sears; tights: 99 cent store; skirt: forever 21; beanie: forever 21; jacket: aunt's; studded ankle boots: gojane.com
HELLO! ^__^ Long time, no see! Well, I'm finally finished with my college applications, so I have a bit of wiggle room with my time now for blogging. I apologize for my disappearance; however, life gets in the way and important tasks just need to be completed. (: I just finished studying for my civics test for tomorrow, so I'm rewarding myself by watching youtube videos and writing up a blog post!

The weather is finally stable enough around Southern California; I'm finally able to layer and wear beanies every single day. This makes me extremely happy. Flashy, studded boots make me happy too.

Take care!
