wants: acid washed, denim, and flatforms

Just a few things I've been lusting over. I've been obsessing over acid washed denim lately - jeans, vests, jackets, shorts, etc! I really want some denim vests as well - just denim anything, basically!
Flatforms are also something I've been lusting over. I really like this trend - shoes with comfortable height! (not like I need anymore height..haha).

However, the one pair of shoes that I have been TRULY OBSESSED over for the past few months are those Jeffrey Cambell Martini Spike loafers. *O* I am in LOVE with those loafers. I just can't afford them.. *cries* This is why I need a job...I can earn money for shoes. haha.

sea world

I went to Sea World yesterday with my family! (: It was a great trip. I haven't been to Sea World since I was 6 or 7 years old, so it was nice to go back. I had so much fun watching the shows and going on the Atlantis ride with my brother (which....was crazy... I didn't know that I could scream that high haha)

Shamu!! :3 They are so big!! I loved watching them splash the audience. haha good thing I sat up higher in the splash zone, so I didn't get wet. hehe

The "Blue Horizons" acrobat/dolphin show was incredible.  

What a beautiful costume! It's so colorful~

The acrobats jumped from a very high platform and dived into the water - I don't think I would have the guts to do that!

Sea World had this area with all of the state flags, which was really cool. :3

Shark exhibit~ I love the fish tunnels!

Sea Lions Live was a hilarious show! I loved the comedy they put into the show; they did parodies of popular shows like "survivor" and "dancing with the stars" with the sea lions - so cute!

I had a fun, eventful Saturday. I hope you all had a great weekend as well. (: It's project season for school..I have so many projects to do. Agh, only one more month of school left. Summer, please arrive soon!!

getty center

So yesterday my family and I went to the Getty Center! I've been here once before but it was nice going again! It's so pretty. I love all the architecture and the views! If you love museums, I would definitely recommend checking out the Getty Center if you're in the L.A. area.

I took a bunch of pictures, but here are a few of them. (:

The sky looked absolutely amazing! The clouds were feathered and the sky was a pretty shade of blue~

The buildings are just breathtaking. They are so amazing. The last time I went here, I went on the tour and the tour guide told us a fact about the museum that all the lines on the building line up with each other. I find that so cool!~

It has such amazing views overlooking the city. LA~

Haha I actually got in trouble a couple moments later for standing there. People aren't allowed on that "walkway." I blame my brother... he told me it was okay.

The trip was super fun. (: I loved taking pictures of everything. It's such a beautiful museum; definitely check it out if you have the chance! I love museums. When I was little, I thought they were so boring...but now I absolutely love them. I really want to visit LACMA one day!!

The weather was beautiful and there was a nice breeze. I was actually afraid of losing my hat and having it blown off somewhere into the freeway or something. ahah.

Well, I had a nice weekend. Hope you all did too! (:

Just got home from the Getty Center with my family~ It was super fun. (: will share pics of that soon. But for now.. here's an outfit I wore this week. (:

So, I'm taking a quick break from studying for my AP U.S. History exam tomorrow.... T___T centuries of history reviewing...is not fun.. After almost giving up...but then thinking "no...you can't..you must review....you must study!!!" here I am...with the AP exam review book in my lap... on chapter 10: the industrial era..(9 more chapters of review to go *cries*)

I wish I could just absorb all the words in this book.....and not have to sit here and study... 

Haven't worn a skirt in a long time.... I'm liking the look of maxi/midi/longer skirts... I may have to go get some more...

may inspiration overflow

Just a few (...a lot.. haha) photos that I have been getting inspiration out of lately. Been obsessed with studs, denim, floral, beanies, and easy-yet-stylish outfits. Photos have a click-through link for the source and those from tumblr do not have a click through link.

^ I LOVE HER. (Jenn from Clothesencounters) She has an amazing youtube channel with tons of awesome fashion videos. I can legitimately say that I have a HUGE girl crush on her. She has incredible style and she's so pretty!! *O* I wish I had her face (and I mean that in the least creepiest way possible haha).

*O* beanies... still need to get a beanie.. (even though it's warming up....haha.)

Love the studs on these shorts. so cool!

I really like the look of these stone rings~ not to mention..they could really hurt someone if you punch them... (remember....violence is bad kids.....)
