This custom made dress I received msdressy.com makes me feel like a fairy or a garden nymph or something to that effect. I love the airiness, the way it flows, the gorgeous jewel details~ Wearing this dress is definitely a Princess Diaries moment.

Now, I may not be completely sold on the idea of going to prom, but it is nice to have a dress just in case I decide to change my mind. heh.

I dressed up knowing that it was Valentine's Day yesterday; thinking to myself, "gee, I have no one to impress...." but then continuing my thoughts with "...I'll dress to impress myself today." (as I should be doing everyday) I considered asking myself to be my own Valentine today. (I mean, I'm so lucky to have me. Who else would be luckier to have me than me?) I proceeded to go to school, and once I saw the hallways filled with red and pink, heart shaped balloons and various stuffed animals from couples who fall into the trap of this commercialized holiday of love, I scowled and became bitter. -insert disgusted look here- 

But a kind friend gave me two cherry pixie sticks, I munched on Valentine themed cookies along with some Girl Scout cookies, and everything was just dandy again. 

Jokes aside, I hope you guys had a wonderful Valentine's/Galentine's/Single's Awareness Day (or whatever you prefer to call it). For me and everyone else, hope you had a fantastic Thursday. ^__^
