hello once again

Hello all! I know I've been extremely M.I.A. for the past few months! I don't really have an excuse other than the fact that I've been home for a majority of my summer and really couldn't be bothered to do anything, which included blogging. I apologize for my absence, however, to make up for it, I just did a mini photoshoot with my friend Janice and here are the first set of photos! Enjoy!

You've probably noticed that I cut my hair short. I cut my hair in the beginning of the summer and donated about 13-14 inches of hair to Wigs for Kids! I wanted a change since I've had long hair for my entire life, and I decided since it was long enough to might as well donate it to a great cause! I surprisingly really like how I look with my short hair. (:

I hope you guys enjoy these photos! I had a blast doing this mini shoot with Janice. (We've done a shoot together before, check those photos out here, here, and here!!) Again, apologies for the long hiatus. I will hopefully be doing more blog posts (and youtube videos) soon! ^__^

lost in the heat of it all

It finally hit me that I'm graduating next week. I can't believe that I'm finally finished with 4 years of high school! The cliché "time flies" is definitely appropriate. However, the weather is making me think that the school year's not ending for it feels almost like fall in the morning. Hopefully it'll warm up so my association between hot weather and the beginning of summer becomes active.

Been really lazy with my clothing choices lately but not wanting to sacrifice looking put together. I'm currently obsessed with heyclaire from youtube; she always looks so incredibly stylish, yet laid-back! So I've been taking some inspiration from her effortless, casual-cool style. And of course, one can never go wrong with a pair of skinnies and an oversized top (especially if it's denim on denim)!

On another note, I graduate in two weeks!! I am so excited and ready to finish high school. (:

Recently, I gained a new love for boyfriend jeans. They are the quintessential casual-comfort jean. They practically go with everything, and I just adore the way they look. The loose construction is much more comfortable than my beloved skinnies. Don't get me wrong, skinny jeans have a special place in my heart. I've just made room for a relationship with my boyfriend (jeans).
